At Southwest Airlines, we consider ourselves much more than just an Airline; we are a neighbor and a partner in our communities that we call home.

We extend our company mission into the communities we serve through our citizenship efforts. Whether our Employees are volunteering with a local organization, serving on a nonprofit board, participating in a grassroots effort to draw attention to a cause, or working hard to develop new efficiencies in our operations, we consider ourselves much more than a business.
